With a nod to the classics, this soirée guarantees an unforgettable journey into the timeless magic of black and white movies and the Big Band era. Indulge in an evening of exquisite cocktails and dinner, lively music, a live auction, and experiences reminiscent of the golden age.
The information below provides an overview of your role as a table host and important information you can share with your guests.
Before the Event
Submit your guest list
The table you are hosting has room for 10, including you. Please help us ensure every seat is filled! To input your guest information, please reference your confirmation receipt email and click on the “update attendee details’ link. Or send a list of your guests’ names (first and last), phone numbers, and email addresses to Sydney.Bridges@WellSky.com and our team will register them for the event.
Submit your guest list by January 22, 2024, to ensure they are registered in advance and receive important email communication before the event.
Share attendee expectations
Our Gala goal is to raise funds for the WellSky Foundation’s mission, which aims to promote positive change by providing financial support to organizations that offer care and healing to people, regardless of their socioeconomic status. The WellSky Foundation has donated $1.7 million to over 36 non-profit organizations over the last five years. These organizations tackle issues like housing insecurity, food scarcity, limited access to transportation, and social isolation that can severely impact people’s well-being.
We have impressive raffle items and live auction items to bid on again this year! Please share the information below with your guests and encourage them to support the foundation by bidding, buying tickets, and donating. NEW this year: you and your guests can bid before the event even starts!
