About the Gala
You are cordially invited to the WellSky Foundation’s Inaugural Gala: A Night Inspired by A Thomas Crown Affair®, on Saturday, January 28, 2023. Join us for an art-filled evening of cocktails, dinner, live auctions, and experiences Thomas Crown himself would endorse. Showcasing artwork from Art Lifting, and in memoriam of Kansas City artist Jeff Hanson, this event promises to be one to remember.
Your participation will support our mission to improve the lives of those most vulnerable by removing social barriers so people can recover and get well. By supporting the WellSky Foundation, you enable the unceasing efforts of nonprofits doing the hard work of helping those the system has left behind. Gaps in housing, food insecurity, access to transportation, and isolation all create real challenges that are not only unfair, but that determine the health and wellbeing of the people who experience them.

About the Foundation
The WellSky Foundation’s mission is to improve the quality of life for vulnerable populations by removing social barriers to recovery and wellness. We partner with community organizations that support people facing significant challenges to their well-being. It’s our mission to help facilitate the life-changing work of organizations handling the toughest socioeconomic barriers to ongoing health: housing, food insecurity, transportation and isolation.

Hotel accommodations for the Gala can be found at the all-new Loews Hotel Kansas City. The hotel showcases 800 guestrooms, a lobby bar, a three-meal restaurant. It is conveniently within walking distance to key attractions and other destination landmarks like the Kansas City Power & Light District, T-Mobile Center, KC Streetcar, and the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts.
